This time tomorrow, I will be a published novelist.
It has been a years-long journey bringing my debut novel, The Traveling Triple-C Incorporeal Circus, into the world. I wrote the first draft in a mad dash during National Novel Writing Month in 2014, and sat on it for a couple years as the text still felt too raw to work with. But with the support and help of everyone at Atthis Arts, I have been able to edit it, fix it up, take and incorporate rounds of critiques, and present it to the rest of the world as a clean, finished product. This novel, this story of three women journeying across America to find what they need to become whole again, is a labor of love and passion and would not have been possible without the help of so many people around me.
Triple-C is still available for pre-order today. While pre-ordering a book a day early may seem silly, pre-order numbers mean a lot to an indie author’s place in online rankings and algorithms. If you have any passing interest in this story of two ghosts and a mime, I encourage you to pre-order it tonight and get this book as soon as you can.
And of course, for everyone in the Bay Area, please feel welcomed to join me for my Author Event at Flashlight Books on June 15th, and the Release Party at Kinetic Arts Center on June 22nd!
Tomorrow is the next step of this adventure and I cannot wait to see what it brings.
